How Does Our Hospice Team Help?

You can rest comfortably knowing our team will care for the needs of the patient and their loved ones. Our team is made up of a group of skilled professionals and includes:

Physicians - The medical care of each patient is directed by the patient's physician or the Hospice Medical Director.
Registered Nurses - Each patient is seen by a registered nurse to provide symptom and pain management. The nurse serves the patient and family as a source of medical information.
Certified Nursing Assistant - Assists the patient with activities of daily living and personal needs.
Social Worker - Serves as a resource for community services available to the patient and the family members. Available for counseling support for the patient and family.
Chaplains - Provides spiritual support in accordance with the desires of the patient and family.
Volunteers - Provides assistance with patient and family support.
